Project Manager, Vivian Holkis and Assistant Project Manager, Hillary Charbonneau both found different paths to the construction industry, but they wouldn’t have it any other way!
Originally an Accountant, Vivian worked for a firm that had multiple construction companies as clients. When the opportunity presented itself, Vivian accepted an offer to work as the controller for a construction company. She began to meet with clients, visiting jobsites and vendors. Realizing she wanted to spend more time in the field, Vivian made a career change and received her Construction Management Certification. Now a Senior Project Manager, she is involved with management activities necessary in running a construction project.
Hillary had a different start in the construction industry. After graduating college, Hillary took an Administrative Assistant position for an Owner’s Representative. She had no intentions of working in construction initially, but once she started, she was hooked. Hillary worked her way up to an Assistant Project Manager position, which is the title she currently holds. Hillary is looking forward to taking her career in construction even further, and we are excited to see what the future has in store for her.
