NEW YORK, NY — December 12, 2018 — Pizzarotti, LLC is pleased to announce that The Ritz-Carlton Residences Long Island, North Hills has recently obtained a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for buildings 5 and 6 of phase 2 of the project. The TCO was obtained on November 20, 2018, 16 days before the original completion date which was expected to be December 5, 2018.
