NEW YORK – July 9, 2018 – Pizzarotti, LLC is pleased to announce that demolition has been completed at 249-251 West 14th Street and received sign off from the Department of Buildings. The building is a luxury condominium project located between Chelsea and the Meatpacking District, currently one of Manhattan’s trendiest neighborhoods.
The project initially included one lot located at 251 West 14th Street. It was subsequently enlarged to include the adjacent lot, 249 West 14th Street, which was purchased last year. The design of the building is being revised accordingly.
Collaborative Efforts With World-Renowned Architect
The project design is featured under the lead of Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, along with HTO Architect, and envisages 25 luxury condominiums and a community facility space. The premier units range from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom penthouses with top of the line appliances and finishes. Amenities include a Garden with an open terrace and a multifunctional room. Additionally, private and shared roof top decks boast unobstructed views of downtown Manhattan.
Pizzarotti Group has a consolidated relationship with Isay Weinfeld developed through masterpiece projects including the “Petite Afrique,” in Monte Carlo, Monaco (an upscale housing complex located in the prestigious “Golden Square” of the Principality) and “Jardim” (a luxury residential project, located steps away from the High Line, in Chelsea, Manhattan).
“This residential project is another milestone in our New York area expansion efforts,” said Marco Martegiani, CEO of Pizzarotti LLC. “We are proud to grow Pizzarotti’s network and strengthen our portfolio with this first-class development, and our team is thrilled by the opportunity to collaborate with the talented Isay Weinfeld again.”
This project is being developed by Fine Properties New York (FPNY), a Delaware LLC subsidiary within the real estate division of Pizzarotti Group.
